Job Requirements
- Personality First: Exceptional emotional intelligence, a natural warmth, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, high-end retail, or customer service (boutique hotel experience is a major plus, but character matters more).
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly master our Property Management System (PMS) and online communication channels.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and calm under pressure, with the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues independently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our small housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure rooms are perfectly prepared and guest requests are met instantly.
