Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Steward to join our hospitality team.
This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in our dining facilities and kitchen areas.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our culinary and service teams by ensuring all equipment, utensils, and dining areas are impeccably maintained.

As a Food & Beverage Steward, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards. You will manage the steward station, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensure proper storage of all equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly contribute to the quality of service our guests experience.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Steward, dishwasher, or similar hospitality role
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles
  • Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and kitchen machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist other departments
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are an advantage
