B.L. Harbert International, LLC (“BLHI”) is a U.S. registered company established in 2000. Its
International Group provides construction services to the U.S. Government in various locations around
the world. Over the past two decades, BLHI has successfully completed construction of the following
new U.S. embassy / consulate projects in Africa – Niamey, N’Djamena, Harare, Mbabane, Cotonou,
Dakar, Johannesburg, Lusaka, Antananarivo, Addis Ababa, Brazzaville, Kigali, Khartoum, Lome, & Accra.
BLHI is currently completing construction of the new U.S. embassies in Windhoek, Namibia and
Casablanca, Morocco.
