Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome clients and engage with both local and international customers. Use a conversational approach to create a pleasant and personalized shopping experience.
• Sales Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our clothing range, including model styles, colors, and prices, and provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Shop Management: Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing displays to ensure an inviting environment.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in both English and French to assist a diverse client base effectively.
• Goal-Oriented Selling: Actively work toward sales targets, using product knowledge to inspire purchases and encourage customer loyalty.
• Customer Satisfaction: Aim to create a positive experience for each client, ensuring they feel valued and likely to return.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and retain details about a wide range of models, colors, and pricing.
• Sales & Customer Service Skills: Experience in retail sales and customer service, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Self-Motivated & Intelligent: Active, independent thinker who can handle diverse client needs with confidence and insight.
• Shop Upkeep: Organized and attentive to maintaining shop presentation, cleanliness, and order.
