Job Description:We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the syndicate, coordinating meetings and events, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials and take meeting minutes.
- Manage documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Monitor and manage budgets and expenses.
- Develop and maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems.
- Respond to inquiries from members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in administrative support or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with legal documentation and contracts is a plus.
