Duties & Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors courteously and assist visitors for any query that they may have
• To operate PABX
• Attend incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
• Redirect the incoming calls to the respective departments or job site
• Comply by Company’s procedures, rules, and regulations
• Keep detailed and accurate records of incoming calls and visitors
• Receive deliveries from suppliers
• Sort and distribute letters and correspondence.
• Do inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Maintain the reception area clean and tidy at all times
• Keep records of all international calls
• Record registered letter and cheque received by post in dispatch book.
• To provide support in administrative duties
• Ordering of office supplies - stationery and groceries etc.
• Any cognate duties as per the requirement of the position
Job Requirements
Qualifications Required
• Minimum SC
• Proficient in English and French language
• Conversant with PABX
• Prior experience as a receptionist/telephonist
• Experience in administrative and clerical procedures
• Good interpersonal skills and a sense of hospitality
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Ability to meet deadlines and priorities
• Good knowledge of office tools & equipment
