Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making activities suggestions, and booking of leisure & activities tours. It will be on a work from home basis with flexible hours.
Job Requirements
● Knowledge and previous experience in tourism industry
● Has worked in a similar position before
● Minimum HSC qualification
● Good in customer service
● Able to convinced customer to book
● Understand and tackle customer needs
● Use of social media and Best.mu platform to respond to customers
● Respond to client phone calls and call clients for follow up.
● Create, edit and manage orders
