RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that all employee data have been properly updated and filed.
• Implement HR policies & programs as required
• Ensure job descriptions for all position are accurate & up-to-date
• Assist in preparation of legal documents and also attend court cases
• Follow up of Performance Management System.
• Any other cognate duties.
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE
• 5 years’ of relevant experience with 2 recommendations letters from previous employer.
- Must be able to work on DAY and NIGHT SHIFT
Others:
• Good communications skills and leadership qualities.
• Good knowledge of WRA-2019
QUALIFICATION
Degree Human Resource Management.
