Job Description
Responsibilities for Showroom Sales Clerk- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and attend any questions that visitors may have.
- Assist the Sales Executive in aftersales services.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax machine, Coffee machine, photocopy machine, and computers.
- Attend Showroom Sales queries and walk in clients.
- Maintain the general Front Desk filing database.
- Intervention filing and attend meeting with technicians for any spare parts orders.
- Liaise with suppliers for queries regarding spare parts.
Salary : Rs18,000
Working days : Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Job Requirements
Qualifications for Showroom Clerk
- High School Certificate
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office / Sales environment.
- Well Groomed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Phone Etiquettes.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and French.
- Comfortable at multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
