Responsibilities for Showroom Sales Clerk
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and attend any questions that visitors may have.
  • Assist the Sales Executive in aftersales services.
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax machine, Coffee machine, photocopy machine, and computers.
  • Attend Showroom Sales queries and walk in clients.
  • Maintain the general Front Desk filing database.
  • Intervention filing and attend meeting with technicians for any spare parts orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers for queries regarding spare parts.
Salary : Rs18,000
Working days : Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Showroom Clerk
  • High School Certificate
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office / Sales environment.
  • Well Groomed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Phone Etiquettes.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and French.
  • Comfortable at multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
