Handling and courier of documents, follow up, reticulation, recording receipt and ensuring delivery to relevant parties Incoming deliveries /collections, copying, printing, scanning, binding, shredding, processing and archiving Manage office supplies and place orders where necessary Assist with travel requests for management Responsible for filing of all documents and maintain filing system Manage the professional and welcoming appearance of the office and ensuring effective housekeeping is maintained Manage reception area telephonically and front facing Identify office needs (repairs/replacement of office equipment, office furniture and premises) Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment; Organise and manage office events |
Liaise with suppliers and obtain quotes -present for approval and manage process till end results achieved |
Ensure all compliance certification is up to date Liaise with insurance companies for quotations and documentation Renewal of licences |
3 years’ experience in a similar corporate environment Excellent communications skills Very Microsoft Office skills Previous experience in an international corporate environment is an added advantage |
