Job Description

  • Responsible for all administrative issues 
  • Attend any phone calls (incoming and outgoing) and emails from customer or suppliers 
  • Responsible for proper despatch
  • Attend any customers calling at the office regarding business
  • Updating, filing and archiving of corporate documents.
  • Assist accounting department for data entry and classification of documents..
  • Collection and processing of information and documentation (as requested by the team) by email, fax or phone
  • Preparation of payments for suppliers and filing of documents.
  • Responsible for any bank transaction (cheque, deposits etc) and payments of local suppliers like CEB, CWA, company permits and any other payments for the companies.
  • Assist the logistician in the day to day running as regards to the preparation and submission of tender documents and marketing materials.

Job Requirements

Minimum SC/HSC Holder
Computer Literate
Excellent communication skills - English and Fesh both written and spoken
Multi-tasking abilities
Valid driving license will be a plus
