Attend any phone calls (incoming and outgoing) and emails from customer or suppliers
Responsible for proper despatch
Attend any customers calling at the office regarding business
Updating, filing and archiving of corporate documents.
Assist accounting department for data entry and classification of documents..
Collection and processing of information and documentation (as requested by the team) by email, fax or phone
Preparation of payments for suppliers and filing of documents.
Responsible for any bank transaction (cheque, deposits etc) and payments of local suppliers like CEB, CWA, company permits and any other payments for the companies.
Assist the logistician in the day to day running as regards to the preparation and submission of tender documents and marketing materials.
Job Requirements
Minimum SC/HSC Holder Computer Literate Excellent communication skills - English and Fesh both written and spoken Multi-tasking abilities Valid driving license will be a plus
