Job Description
~ Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile.
~ Deliver materials to our clients/internal teams and keep the necessary records for same.
~ Posting of all the incoming/outgoing transactions on our ERP system.
~ Ensure accuracy of our inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
~ Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
~ Proper documentations and filing. Ability to optimize store space capacity.
~ Prepare variance reports after each count and communicate same to concerned parties.
~ Assisting the Accounts team in other duties that may be assigned to you.
~ Organise and undertake physical stock takes
~ Ability to manage an assistant storekeeper.
