Job Requirements
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions about products and services, and assisting with their needs. Fluent in English and French.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of Spa Ceylon's product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions, to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Spa Ceylon products, utilizing persuasive sales techniques and product demonstrations.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Promotions and Events: Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales, both in-store and potentially at off-site locations.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, including product displays, fitting rooms (if applicable), and customer areas, to uphold brand standards.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and support colleagues as needed to ensure smooth store operations and deliver excellent service to customers.
