Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets.
- Train new and existing employees on store policies, brand information, and job duties.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales through effective customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in making purchases, providing product recommendations and information as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the store is well-stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and organize stock takes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the logistics team to order stock and manage deliveries.
Store Operations and Maintenance:
- Ensure the store’s presentation and cleanliness meet company standards and create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Implement and maintain store security systems to prevent theft and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
- Manage the operation of store equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair as needed.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and sales strategies.
- Ensure in-store promotions are in line with corporate marketing strategies.
- Utilize customer feedback to inform and improve marketing and sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, especially in a supervisory role, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving, organizational, and time management.
Job Requirements

Personal Transportation: The candidate must possess a personal car for travel between store locations, supplier visits, and other work-related errands as needed. This is essential for ensuring timely and effective management of store operations and emergency response. The candidate should have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Mileage and travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policies.
