The ideal candidate will be responsible of the following HR functions:
1. Prepare job description
2. Recruitment, selection and induction
3.Health and Safety
4. Manage employee relations & disciplinary issues
5. Performance Management
6. Reward Management
7. Learning, training and development (well conversant with HRDC procedures)
8. Attendance monitoring
9. Process monthly Payroll using Sicorax Payroll
10. Expatriate management (work & occupation permit)
11. Perform monthly MRA Returns
Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management
2. 1-2 years of working experience
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Have good communications skills
5. Previous experience in Sicorax Payroll is a definite advantage
