Graphic Designer

Aryze is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity of our diverse brand portfolio. As a key contributor, you'll craft compelling brand identities and actively participate in marketing campaigns, ensuring our brands stay ahead of the curve. Responsibilities:
1. Design and Create:
• Produce high-quality visual materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, packaging, and other brand-related assets.
• Ensure all designs align with Aryze's brand guidelines for a cohesive visual identity.

2. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Communications Manager, content creators, and team members to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and illustrators as needed.

3.Brand Consistency:
• Play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
• Provide guidance on design elements for a unified brand image.

4.Supplier Liaison and Follow-Up:
• Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery of printed and promotional materials.
• Follow up with suppliers to maintain clear communication and resolve design-related issues.

5. Deadline Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in the FMCG industry or related sectors.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
