Are you passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences in a tropical paradise? Coral Azur Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the culinary and beverage operations of our stunning resort located in the heart of Mauritius.
About Coral Azur Beach Resort:
88 Rooms Beach Resort, around 60 staff members to manage in F&B Team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen, restaurant, and bar operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead a team of passionate professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to elevate performance and exceed expectations.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs that showcase local flavors and international cuisine.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special occasions, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Coordinate all banqueting operation (weddings, special events ecc.)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Creative flair for menu development, beverage mixology, and culinary trends.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Written and spoken English and French are mandatory.
