POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing marketing strategies for the business units of the group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, analyse market trends, and implement initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to effectively navigate the dynamic landscape of marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and ideas aligned with the group's overall objectives and to drive target outcomes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Define target audiences and segments for marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, events).
Allocate budgets, resources, and timelines for each campaign hand-in-hand with finance.
Monitor campaign performance either independently or through third party agencies and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.

Brand Management:
Manage and enhance the brand image and identity of each subsidiary of the group.
Develop brand positioning strategies and messaging.
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

Content Strategy and Creation:
Develop a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and target audience interests.
Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics).
Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies to create content assets.

Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor digital marketing metrics and analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Public Relations and Communications:
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and media events.
Handle crisis communications and manage the group's reputation.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, preferences, and behaviors.
Develop customer retention and loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Collaboration:
Ability to work with a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support where required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor expenses and ROI for marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability to change.
