- Daily/Weekly Dispatch to office of stakeholders main Ebene & Port Louis
- Daily Pick-up & Drop Off of staffs from agreed bus stops & metro stations
- Opening & Closure of Office
- Maintain standard of the Premises
- Monthly Kitchen Provisioning
- Help in Administrative duties as and when required
