Job Description
- Manage the accounts payable operations
- Be able to liaise with suppliers in resolving any issues or queries
- Ensure all transactions have been booked in accordance with Accounting Standards
- Manage records and prepare discrepancies list
- Maintain files in an accurately manner
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Support Accounting personnel
- Monitor debtors and creditors reconcilations
- Any other adhoc duties as requested by Finance director
Job Requirements
- Holder of ACCA Level 1 Certification
- Ability to meet deadlines and work underpressure
- Ability to work with team members and fostering teamwork
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills and detailed oriented
- Proactive and dynamic
