Job Description

  • Manage the accounts payable operations
  • Be able to liaise with suppliers in resolving any issues or queries 
  • Ensure all transactions have been booked in accordance with Accounting Standards
  • Manage records and prepare discrepancies list
  • Maintain files in an accurately manner
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Support Accounting personnel
  • Monitor debtors and creditors reconcilations
  • Any other adhoc duties as requested by Finance director

Job Requirements

  • Holder of ACCA Level 1 Certification
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work underpressure
  • Ability to work with team members and fostering teamwork 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and detailed oriented
  • Proactive and dynamic
