Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in CRM systems.
- Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and product development.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Sales / Marketing ,Business Administration, Marketing, or ICT related .
- Proven passion for technology and a strong interest in the ICT industry.
- Excellent communication skills both in English, French and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing roles in the ICT secote is highly recommended .
