Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and independent Draftsman specialized in wooden and steel structures to join their team. The successful candidate will participate in the design and development of detailed plans for varied and large-scale projects.
Job Requirements

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and draw plans for wooden and steel structures using software.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and construction standards.
• Carry out simple calculations for sizing structural elements.
• Prepare technical documents for the design, permitting and construction phases.
• Review and modify drawings based on feedback from customers and engineers.
• Ensure the management of technical documents and monitoring of plan versions.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other project team members to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in building design, civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a draftsman in wood and steel structures.
• Advanced knowledge of software.
• Good knowledge of construction standards and materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player and excellent communication skills.
