Secretary

Job Description:
1.从事电话接听及公众咨询，为访客做好接待、引导、咨询等工作；
Phone answering and public consultation, and provide reception, guidance, consultation and other work for visitors;
2.对外联络工作；
External Communication;
3. 翻译、文化活动主持、组织；
Translator or intepretor, organizing cultural events, Master of Ceremony;
4.从事其他相关行政工作。
Other Administrative work.

岗位要求
Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历；具有良好的中、法、英文口语及读写能力；
Bachelor degree or above; good speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese, French and English;
2.工作认真负责，具有亲和力、形象气质佳，有较强沟通协调能力者优先；
Being responsible, pleasant, and with strong communication and coordination skills would be considered advantages;
3.无犯罪记录，限毛里求斯公民或永久居民；
No criminal record, limited to Mauritian citizens or permanent residents;
工作时间
Working hours:
周一至周五，8:30—16:30；
Monday to Friday, 8:30—16:30
