Job Requirements
Our Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The person will have to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about Mobile Outfitters products and services.
* Knowing the products sold by Mobile Outfitters;
* Able to install the product on any phone, tablet, smart watch or other products;
* Understand the warranty conditions and inform clients of same;
* Process payment and invoice correctly and accurately;
* Communicate efficiently and be a team player;
Kindly note that this position also requires working on weekends
