Job Description
- Greet visitors appropriately and direct them to correct person.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
- Clearly determine the purpose of the call and forward calls to appropriate person.
- Deal with queries and provide correct information.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
- Sort and distribute incoming mails.
- Prepare outgoing mail for pick up or courier and organise courier deliveries.
- Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Photocopy and collate documents.
- File documents accurately.
- Perform any ancillary duties.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English & French)
- Excellent customer service
- Minimum HSC
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field
- Well groomed
- Interpersonal skills
