Overview:
Organised, proactive, HR/admin Assistant with little or no work experience.
Main duties
Assist in administrative tasks for training organisation and the corresponding MQA/HRDC related tasks
Assist in recruitment (plan interviews, call candidates, post jobs on different platforms)
Assist in general office administration tasks
Skills, competencies and attributes
Experience with Google Workplace and Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint)
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English & French (verbal and written)
Education
Minimum Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or an equivalent
Experience
Little or no work experience
Knowledge in corporate training processes (e.g. MQA, HRDC) is an advantage
