Role The Career Development Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Career Development Centre. Reporting The Career Development Assistant will report to the Administrative & HR Coordinator. Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients in the administration of a range of assessments (both online and paper based) Calculate scores and results of paper based questionnaires Prepare job portfolios for clients Schedule appointments with clients (face to face, skype or whatsapp) for the career counsellor Manage and update on a regular basis clients’ career development plan Conduct basic research on labour market information (LMI) and update our LMI accordingly Assist management in the planning and scheduling of presentations at secondary colleges, higher education institutions and other prospects Assist management in promoting and delivering of the services of the Career Development centre Build and maintain rapport with various stakeholders Knowledge A diploma or degree in human resource management, business management or psychology from a recognized university Skills Strong attention to detail with solid customer service skills Ability to keep confidentiality in all HR matters Strong communication and organizational skills High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
