Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Store Operations.
- Load and unload tires.
- Organise product deliveries.
- Abide by all store systems and procedures.
- Assist with performing stock inventories and with maintaining all related records for inventory control.
- Ensure that the store is kept in clean and orderly conditions.
- Assist the drivers of lorries of the Wingfoot Company Ltd as and when required.
Retread Tyre Production
- Assist in the efficient and effective production of retread tyres, achieving high levels of productivity and quality of products in a safe manner.
- Strictly adhere to industry standards at every step of the retreading process.
- Monitor the efficient running of all machinery and supervises process controllers.
- Monitor and controls raw materials, plant process and support systems necessary to production.
- Execute preventive maintenance and ensures that the factory machinery is, at all times, in good condition and that regular machinery inspections are being carried out.
Health & Safety
- Abide strictly to all Health and Safety policies and procedures of the company at all times.
Customer Service
- Provide the company’s internal and external customers with an excellent customer service at all times.
Learning and Development
- Participate in any training and development opportunities offered by the company.
Other
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management.
- Minimum Form III
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
