Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that every customer visiting the showroom has a positive and satisfying experience.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer service best practices to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Additional Showroom Involvement
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring that it is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement and manage product displays, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained and that all products are correctly labeled and priced.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments such as inventory, delivery, and administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events in the showroom.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, and interior designers.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase repeat business.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail, preferably in home improvement, furniture, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceed targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in visual merchandising and showroom management is an advantage.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
