The job will consist of the following:
1. HR Admin responsibilities involving tasks as follows:
o Roster management for retail staffs (Shift system)
o Update and keeping of employee record file
o Responsible for admin duties related to specific schemes (Back to work scheme, YEP program, etc.)
o Preparation of job contracts (Expats, Full timers, Part Timers etc.)
o Assist in disciplinary actions
2. Payroll duties
o Computation of payroll
o Follow up of attendance, allowances, performance level & according remuneration
o Monthly Reporting & Follow up on Staff productivity
Candidate Profile/ Job criteria
Monday to Friday - ( 8:30 am - 4:30 /5:00pm)
Saturday - 2 Saturdays per month on alternate weeks (Optional)
