- Assist clients in planning and booking their dream holiday and vacations, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Create and manage orders on our website
- Assist customer by chat, mail, phone and other communication channel.
- Set Stop sales, manage rates and communicate with partners
- Utilize Galileo to research, quote, and book flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Manage bookings and reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to better serve clients.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with hotel booking platforms is a must.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Galileo is a plus
