Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Helper to assist in the production process at a mattress factory. The ideal candidate will support various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist machinists and production staff as needed.
Help with material handling and organization.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
