Job Description

- Prepare sales orders
- Process customers invoices and filing
- Communicate with clients when necessary

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday : 7 AM to 4 PM
- Saturday: 7 AM to noon

 

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: HSC
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Proficiency in software and microsoft excel
  • Basic understanding of invoicing processes
  • Punctual
