Production supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in beverage production. You’ll oversee production, bottling, and packaging, ensuring every batch meets our high standards of quality, safety, and consistency. This role includes supervising a small team, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience:

  • Experience in food/beverage production fermentation, or a similar manufacturing environment

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of food and quality control standards 

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a small team

• Comfortable with light mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance

• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory, production logs, and schedules

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 12kgs and stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a production setting with temperature variations

• Other:
