Experience:
Experience in food/beverage production fermentation, or a similar manufacturing environment
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
Comfortable with light mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
Basic computer skills for tracking inventory, production logs, and schedules
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 12kgs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a production setting with temperature variations
