Job Description
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatching.
Manage and optimize transport scheduling, routing, and fleet performance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors; provide training and performance evaluations.
Maintain warehouse and vehicle maintenance standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations including the warehouse and transport, by maintaining an organised, clean and welcoming environment
- Drive continious improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop, mentor, and motivate Staff
Job Requirements
- A strong sense of responsibilities and commitment to the role
Proven experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management (typically 5+ years).
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and transport tracking tools.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with local transportation laws and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
