Reports to: Cloud Solutions Specialist We are looking for a Junior Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team and kickstart their career in sales within the IT industry. In this role, you will support lead generation, assist customers through The Cloud Factory’s product offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your sales skills, and grow with a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Lead Generation- Perform lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns and following up on potential opportunities.
- Guide customers through The Cloud Factory’s products, answering questions and explaining features in an approachable manner.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospects.
- Develop relationships with existing customers.
Sales Support & Operations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation to support sales processes.
- Input and update customer and sales data in the company CRM system, Zoho CRM.
- Interact with suppliers to place and manage orders.
- Assist in addressing post-sales inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Learning
- Collaborate with The Cloud Factory team to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
