Manage e-procurement processes including preparing, submitting, and following up on tenders.
Coordinate with public entities, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement activities.
Handle secretarial tasks such as drafting letters, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Ensure compliance with procurement and company policies.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
1–2 years of experience in secretarial work and/or e-procurement (preferably in construction).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must hold a valid driving license.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
