Fresh Graduate in Business Management / Hospitality Management / Marketing / related Customer Service Degree or graduates with up to 2 years of experience
A Certification in the related customer field would be an added advantage.
Communication skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making would be value added benefit.
Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
