As part of its growth strategy, MINDEX is recruiting a Marketing & PR Manager for the Group. The selected candidate will lead and execute strategic marketing and public relations initiatives that enhance the visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement of MINDEX.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans, manage brand identity, and lead digital campaigns.
Public Relations: Build media relationships and handle press communications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Customer Relationship Management and communications with investors, issuers, and regulators.
Event Management: Organise and oversee corporate events, webinars, and investor forums.
Content Development: Create marketing materials and ensure regulatory-compliant messaging.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign effectiveness and report outcomes to senior management.
Required profile
At least 10 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or PR—preferably in financial services or capital markets.
Master’s degree in marketing, Strategic Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent Professional certifications.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and stakeholder sensitivities.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
