Job Description
The role involves producing accurate technical drawings, assisting with project documentation, and participating in site follow-up to ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with design intent and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
Develop and update drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Produce clear and accurate technical documentation for building permit and construction purposes.
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, and project teams.
Conduct site visits and site follow-up to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
Ensure drawings are well detailed and aligned with construction practices and standards.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or architectural practice.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for architectural presentations.
Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing.
Ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented drawings.
Experience with site follow-up and coordination with contractors is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
