Job Description
- Assist the Finishing Supervisor in managing day-to-day finishing activities on site.
- Supervise and coordinate works related to:
- Tiling
- Plumbing
- Electrical finishing
- Painting
- False ceiling installation
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure works are completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers for smooth workflow.
- Ensure finishing works are completed within project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in finishing supervision within the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of tiling, plumbing, electrical works, painting, and false ceiling systems.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Diploma or certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field is an advantage.
