We are seeking for a client an HR Administrative Assistant to support their HR department and ensure smooth personnel management operations. This is a key administrative role reporting to the HR Manager, based in Mauritius with flexible working arrangements available upon request.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing personnel administration tasks such as payroll processing, leave and absence management, and coordinating with government bodies (MRA, HRDC, EDB). You will assist with recruitment activities including drafting employment contracts and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will contribute to internal communications initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging talent, while supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day operations including payroll monitoring and employee transitions.
