Job Description
- Verification of Goods at Store and effect deliveries to customers
- Participate in the preparation of orders for delivery
- Acknowledge receipt of products for delivery and sign the delivery note accordingly
- Load outgoing products on vehicles as per required storage condition
- Drive vehicles to the various delivery points
- Deliver products after carrying out physical check of same with client’s representative
- Collect nearly expiring / damage products from customers as per necessary instructions and authorisation
- Contact Head office for any discrepancy noted during delivery or to report any incident whatsoever
- Proceed with daily reconciliation of stock
- Keep vehicle always clean and in good running condition, liaising with accounts department for repairs
- Participate in stock count and reconciliations
- Merchandising
- Assist in sales activities as and when required
- Collection of payment at month-end
- Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Cambridge School Certificate or equivalent.
- Computer literate
- Multi-task person.
- Hard working, responsible and conscientious.
- Co-operative with good team spirit
