Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to fill the role of Sales, Marketing, and Events Specialist. This position requires an individual who can drive sales, develop effective marketing strategies, and successfully plan and execute events. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, marketing creativity, and strong event management skills.
 

Responsibilities
Sales:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and promoting our products/services.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
6. Familiarity  with revenue management activities, OTAs, Tour Operators contracting

Marketing:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
2. Create engaging and persuasive marketing content for various channels
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Plan and execute events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and event management roles.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
4. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Additional Requirements:

1. Willingness to travel as needed.
2. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
3. Ability to work evenings and weekends during events.
