Job SummaryHandling the day-to-day administrative operation of the Company and monitoring the whole client records process and other related tasks.
He/She shall handle the reception desk if required
Main Duties1. Monitor Daily Records
2. Daily Update and input of information on company internal system
3. Receiving calls
4. Booking of appointments
5. Welcoming clients
6. Attending to client's queries
7. Filing
8. Mailing
9. Communication
10. Daily reports
Job Requirements
1. Team Person
2. Good communication (Writing and Speaking)
3. At ease in both English and French speaking
4. Knowledge of any additional language can be an advantage
5. Well versed with Microsoft Office
6. Minimum HSC holder
7. Minimum of 1 year experience as administrative executive
