Main Duties and Responsibilities
● Answer customer inquiries via various contact channels
● Direct customers to online resources
● Develop a rapport with customers
● Reply to queries via email and other written channels
● Basic knowledge of office package and equipment

Job Requirements
Education: SC/HSC, Diploma, or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Sales, public relations, hospitality, or travel industry experience is a big plus.
Communication Skills: You’re fluent in English and French and love engaging with people.
Great Time Management: You can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.
