Main Duties and Responsibilities
● Answer customer inquiries via various contact channels
● Direct customers to online resources
● Develop a rapport with customers
● Reply to queries via email and other written channels
● Basic knowledge of office package and equipment

Job Requirements
● Academics: SC/HSC, or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality management or in any related field
● Experience: Experience in working as sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries would be an advantage
● Salary Scale: Depending on qualifications, experiences and potential skills
