Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell our products, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business.

  • Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand our customer base.

  • Address customer complaints quickly and effectively to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about product details, pricing, suppliers, and installation techniques.

  • Develop and implement strategies to position our products effectively in the market.

  • Set sales targets for the team, monitor their performance, and ensure goals are met.

  • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.

  • Identify training needs and implement plans to help the team grow and succeed.

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager.

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and building client relationships.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of products and services.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Applicant must have a valid driving licence
