Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell our products, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business.
Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand our customer base.
Address customer complaints quickly and effectively to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
Stay informed about product details, pricing, suppliers, and installation techniques.
Develop and implement strategies to position our products effectively in the market.
Set sales targets for the team, monitor their performance, and ensure goals are met.
Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
Identify training needs and implement plans to help the team grow and succeed.
Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager.
Proven experience in managing sales teams and building client relationships.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
