Job Description
1. Provide administrative support to the sales department in their day-to-day activities
2. Prepare quotations, letters and other business correspondences
3. Tender preparation
4. Follow up of orders with clearing agents.
Job Requirements
HSC
Minimum 2 years proven work experience in a similar position
Knowledge of import/export and clearing procedures
Conversant with Microsoft office tools
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
