- Serving Beverages: Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, long drinks, and beers.
- Taking Orders: Accurately and efficiently taking drink orders from customers.
- Cash Handling: Accurately processing payments and handling cash.
- Maintaining the Restaurant & Bar Area: Keeping the bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Customer Service: Providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
- Up-selling and Sales: Suggesting special offers and recommending drinks based on customer preferences.
- Knowledge of Menu and Promotions: Being familiar with the menu, special offers, and daily specials.
- Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory management and reporting any stock shortages.
